Essentially we are encouraging people to come up with stuff that is different, and we'd prefer to know that potential sellers have something worthwhile they want to sell. We're not overly particular about it, your best bet is to be honest and submit your request via the feedback box on the dash.
We don't sell it for $ because we don't believe we'd get a good result for the shop if we did so.

AND

The easy way to determine whether it's interesting is simply to submit the idea. We're not going to penalize you if we think it's already oversubscribed or not doable on the shop for some reason.
